Explore themed woodland trails as a family, entertain the children with fun activities, learn a new art or craft, or simply enjoy a relaxing stroll and take in the natural surroundings of the park.
Set in 440-acres of water meadows, recreational fields and ancient woodland either side of the River Itchen.
You can step up your adventure by swinging around the park from the tree tops with Go Ape, exploring one of these accredited orienteering courses or by taking your bike out on the cycle trail.
