A great day out with the kids in London is Turk Launches. From tots to teens a river trip along the Thames is one sure way to satisfy the whole family with fun, relaxation and local interest. April to October, Turk Launches run 45 river trips daily between Richmond, Kingston and Hampton Court Palace. There is plenty to entertain you along the way with the cosmopolitan riversides, Teddington Lock and Eel Pie Island, and then hop off for a bite to eat at any of the local eateries. There are toilets and a bar on board each boat Р plus a helpful crew is always on hand to assist with pushchairs or people less able. Bikes and dogs (on a lead) are welcome too!
