Walk with children along the edge or choose a path that cuts across the moorland. Admire the views from this accessible but sometimes bleak spot. This is a remote area so take adequate clothing for weather changes and wear good walking boots.
Starting in the village of Hathersage, this 9 mile walk takes you along the wonderful cliffs of Stanage Edge with superb views of the Derwent & Hope Valleys, Mam Tor and Kinder Scout.
See the Peak District National Park website for information on routes and where to park.
