The Quay Arts Centre, right in the middle of Newport, is situated in a converted 19th-Century brewery warehouse complex.
There are two galleries and a superbly equipped theatre, which offers comedy, music, dance, children’s entertainment and literature.
Look out for a variety of family drop-in sessions, children’s courses and workshops, films or live events – there’s lots to choose from.
Find unusual items in the Quay Arts shop and enjoy a break in the café overlooking the harbour.
