Great fun for all ages!
Visited the Alice Holt Go Ape! with some friends and had a really good time. We were a bit of a mixed group (ranging from 'naturally adventurous' to 'not great with heights') but everyone seemed to have a great day. Clambering around the treetop obstacles was fun (and trickier areas offered a simpler alternative route so that no one felt uncomfortable at any point), but the zip wires were probably the highlight - great fun way to complete each section of the course. Suitable (and enjoyable) for both kids and adults but obviously, if you have a really crippling fear of heights then might be a little bit more of a challenge!
