Silksworth Community Pool, Tennis and Wellness Centre in Sunderland offers a great range of activities and sports to keep you and your family active.
The centre features a 25m swimming pool (offering award-winning swimming lessons and family fun sessions), a large gym, an extensive group exercise programme (including classes like Yoga and Pilates, Circuits and Clubbercise) and eight indoor and ten outdoor tennis courts.
For children, activities include Tennis Tots and Mini Tennis sessions. There is also a soft play area for children aged up to 8 years old, where they can climb, clamber and explore to their hearts’ content – getting active and having fun at the same time!
