Penny Farm is a horse rehabilitation centre operated by the charity World Horse Welfare. The farm is home to around 65 animals and is the Lancashire branch of the charity dedicated to rescuing abused horses and ponies. Meet the horses in the indoor stables and learn about horse-care on guided tours. Take the trails around the farm and watch the horses in the paddocks. There is a picnic areas and a coffee shop and the facilities for children’s Birthday parties. Donations are welcome.
