There is something very special about swimming in an outdoor pool, so why not take the kids to Letchworth Lido in North Hertfordshire? Usually open from late May to early autumn, this 50m heated pool has a grassed area for sunbathing plus a toddler pool. It is a great place for a party. In winter the Lido hosts an undercover Christmas ice rink.
