Searching for a family day out in Powys during the summer holidays? Take the family to Powis Castle near Welshpool and join in Summer of Play games and activities on the Great Lawn. There will be something for everyone to enjoy.
Have a go on the balance beam and test your skill at football agility, volleyball and rounders. Challenge each other at hurdles, the sack race and in the running lanes. New for 2024 is the crazy woodland golf course in the Wilderness. Why not pose on the wooden horse for a photo with the castle and terraces in the background? Also there will be sensory play activities such as the colourful parachute.
