Seasonal Family Bushcraft Workshops on Brownsea Island

There’s lots of fun for families with children aged 5 years and over at the Seasonal Family Bushcraft Workshops on Brownsea Island.

Experience lots of outdoor activities, from wood carving, fire lighting skills, and animal tracking, to foraging and den building. The activities will change with the seasons.

These seasonal family bushcraft workshops will be held together with local expert Joe Peartree.

Held on the following dates:

April 5th, 6th and 13th

May 31st

June 1st

July 26th and 27th

August 2nd, 3rd, 9th, 10th, 16th, 17th, 23rd, 24th, 30th and 31st.

November 1st and 2nd

Booking is essential and these sessions are only suitable for children over 5 years of age.

Remember to wear sturdy outdoor footwear and clothing suitable for the weather conditions.

The price of this event does not include the ferry fare, or the entry fee to Brownsea Island. There are morning and afternoon sessions.
