Create a candy cane in the Candy Cane Factory and help prepare reindeer food for Christmas Eve. Explore Santa’s sleigh controls and post your final Christmas wishes before the highlight of your adventure – a private family visit with Father Christmas himself.

Unlike many festive experiences, every family enters the experience on their own and enjoys their own exclusive time with Father Christmas in his cosy grotto, creating truly personal, magical memories. Each child can then visit Father Christmas’ enchanting toy shop to choose a special gift to take home.

Your Christmas ticket also includes a live festive theatre show, Christmas cookie decorating arctic adventure in Claus Bakery, a magical wish room, plenty of photo opportunities and fun with Santa’s friendly elves.
