Winter at Welly Park - Wellington Country Park

Indoor fun for tiny explorers at Wellington Country Park near Reading this winter. While the main Country Park and its outdoor facilities enjoy a well-deserved rest, the Park is inviting families to continue the adventure indoors with an experience designed especially for little ones aged 18 months to 5 years. The main reception area has been transformed into a warm, cosy and interactive indoor play space.

Thoughtfully created with young children in mind, the space is filled with opportunities for imaginative, creative, and sensory play. There are three playful areas so whether your child loves exploring, crafts, role play, or simply discovering new textures and activities, there is sure to be something to spark joy and curiosity.

Let your children play whilst you relax and enjoy a coffee, cake or even lunch from Café 1815. To make your visit as relaxed as possible, there are no time slots. Families are welcome to stay and play entirely at their own pace, whether that’s a short visit or a longer, leisurely session.
