Windsor Great Park Illuminated

This winter, as darkness falls, a special light trail will bring the water and woodland near Windsor Great Park’s Savill Gardens to life with stunning installations and dazzling lights. So gather the family together and enjoy a magical festive evening.

Covering just over two kilometres, the 2026 trail features magic around every corner including mythical creatures, fireflies and fairies amidst trees washed with colour. For extra fun, allow time to stop and toast marshmallows at one of the fire pits along the route.

The traditional funfair is back for 2026 in the Festive Village. There will be a Big Wheel, carousel, mini carousel, chair-o-planes and a prize-winning fairground game. Height restrictions apply. Either buy ride tokens online in advance or on the day when you arrive.

Book parking at the same time as entry tickets. The car park is located at Savill Gardens.
