About Go Ape!
Go Ape! is the ideal place for your little (and not so little) monkeys to go wild in the treetops. With 35 locations across the UK, you are never too far from taking the children into the forest for an adventure such as Treetop Challenge, Treetop Adventure, Treetop Adventure Plus, Zip Trek Adventure, Nets Adventure, and Forest Segway.
The Go Ape! adventure began at High Lodge Thetford in Suffolk back in 2002 and this 50,000 acres of lowland forest, remains Go Ape’s jewel in the crown offering treetop adventures through the pines, heathland and broadleaf trees.
Top tips for visiting Go ape include bringing gloves, wearing sensible clothing you can climb in, putting on sturdy footwear suitable for the outdoors, so no sandals, slip-on shoes, open toes or heels.

Treetop Challenge
This is the one, this is the biggy! Treetop Challenge is where to head if you want to test yourself physically and mentally on the most adventurous treetop trek. A magnet for thrill-seekers who love canopy high tree-to-trees crossings, free-fall Tarzan Swings and riding super-fast, very long zips. This is grown-up fun for older kids over 10 years, find your nearest high ropes adventure in the great outdoors!
Treetop Adventure
Try the intricate crossings, wobbly bridges and brilliant zip wires finales – Go Ape Treetop Adventure is family-fuelled fun in the great outdoors. Designed with the younger family in mind, it is great for all kids over 4 years and 1 metre tall, so you can all join in the fun. With plenty of high rope adventures to choose from across the UK you can be sure to find a treetop trek on your doorstep. Treetop Adventure Plus takes things to a higher level!
