Visit Tyseley Locomotive Works (formerly Birmingham Railway Museum) in the West Midlands on one of their Open Days. Visitors will be able to see the Tyseley collection in action around the site, watch turntable demonstrations and enjoy rides on steam locomotives.
Alternatively, treat the family to a steam railtour. It’s a great way to explore the area and fun for all ages, from toddlers to grandparents. There’s a choice of steam train excursions on the main line including the Shakespeare Express to Stratford-upon-Avon and, new for Christmas 2018, THE POLAR EXPRESS™ Train Ride. Tours may depart from various locations.
