See the world’s largest collection of working historic computers including a rebuild of Colossus, which was used to break the Lorenz cipher used by the German Army during the Second World War. There is also a working reconstruction of the Turing-Welchman Bombe, used to decrypt Enigma-encrypted Axis power comms.
Look out for hands-on workshops and activities during school holidays. Please see The National Museum of Computing’s website to find out more before travelling.
