Stonehurst Family Farm & Museum

Add Stonehurst Family Farm to your list of places to go with the kids and plan a day out at the family owned working farm near Leicester. The farm is open to visitors every day of the year except 25th December until 2nd January.

The Farm is a proper working family farm where you can meet and feed the friendly animals including cute little Gloucester Old Spot piglets. Collect freshly laid eggs, swing in the straw barn, enjoy tractor rides, pony rides, hold baby animals, explore the nature trail and see what you can catch when you have a go at pond dipping. There are two exciting playgrounds, a farm shop and a fantastic motor museum that has a fantastic collection of veteran, vintage and classic cars, motorcycles and motoring memorabilia, built up over the last 50 years.

Stop for refreshments at the cosy country Farmers Den tea shop serving light lunches and cakes. Before you leave don’t forget to stock up in the Farm Shop with home grown organic produce direct from the family farm including beef, lamb and pork.

Opening Times are 9.30am to 5pm every day.
