We visited Hard Rock Café after a family fun day out in London. We couldn’t wait to arrive and have some much needed rest bite! When we arrived there was a queue understandably BUT due to the efficiency of the front desk we were in and seated in no time at all. The staff were so accommodating, informative and ever so friendly. I personally was fascinated to learn that one day when Eric Clapton was sitting at the bar, he gave his guitar which is still sitting above the bar in London to this day – purely to ensure a guaranteed regular table at his favourite eatery! Thus starting off a trend – including Pete Townsend giving one of his too. This sits just below Eric's behind the bar! The children in particular were mesmerised by the memorabilia everywhere and happily walked round looking at all outfits etc – the great news too was that you could purchase merchandise from the Hard Rock Café shop just next door. We purchased the Hard Rock Café glasses at ordering stage from which the children now love to show off to their friends. Our order was taken swiftly and we didn’t have to wait too long for our food which was simply amazing!! An American diner = lovely big portions!! The steak went down like a dream and the puddings were awesome! We were even approached by the lovely resident DJ who asked us for our favourite rock tracks which were then played especially for us. We all felt like VIP’s and left very happy, full and looking forward to the next visit!! A highly recommended memory maker!!
