Once a fearsome fortress, families can now explore Framlingham Castle’s towering walls. It was behind these walls that Mary Tudor was proclaimed Queen of England.
Walk the ramparts of the castle to enjoy its breath-taking views. At a spectacular 10.5 metres high and 2.3 metres thick, the curtain wall has stood for more than 800 years.

What a fantastic day out for the whole family, & 👪, I've been visiting since the late 70's,and would highly recommend visiting it as soon as possible, I travel from Clacton on sea 🌊 in Essex to soak up the unique atmosphere, would highly recommend it to everyone, wow!!
