Families can travel back in time at the Isle of Wight’s premier family dinosaur attraction, Dinosaur Isle Museum. The museum’s backdrop is beautiful Sandown Bay on the east of the Island, and visitors will discover hands-on exhibits, fascinating fossils and life-sized dinosaurs! The building itself was designed in the shape of a giant Pterodactyl!
There are sound effects in the two museum galleries, which may seem quite loud to sensitive ears.
Book in advance if you would like to join one of the many Fossil Walks that the museum organises.
Please see Dinosaur Isle’s website to find out more.
