The Cocoabean Company

For a sweet place to visit with the kids, why not head to The Cocoabean Company at Soar Intu Braehead. At The Cocoabean Company, with the guidance of their fantastic workshop team, your mini chocolatiers can make and decorate three chocolatey goodies to take home. The workshops last for around 35 – 45 minutes and are available every day. The activities are suitable for children aged 3 and above (approx.) but every child is different, so this is only a guide. Adults are not permitted in to this workshop but can watch all the fun through the viewing windows or relax in the cafe.

As Chocolate isn’t just for children there are workshops where the whole family can get involved in the chocolate making fun and also for adult only groups. These workshops run throughout the year or get in touch about arranging one at a time that suits you.

You could always try the popular Slime Workshop, in this extra popular, extra gloopy workshop chocolate is replaced with SLIME! You can make and take home three slimy creations. Suitable for children aged approximately 6 and above, Slime workshops must be booked in advance.

Beanie Tots, available Monday – Friday during term time only, is a messy play session for children aged 4 and under. There is a different theme each week but there is always one item to make and bring home.

Cocoabean also offers Additional Support Workshops, an alternative to the standard chocolate workshop that takes place in a quieter environment, with fewer people and where a parent/guardian or other adult can enter the workshop should additional assistance be required.

The  Cocoabean Café is open daily, and offers a wide range of food and drink, freshly prepared by a team of quality chefs and café staff. There are lots of tasty treats on offer including lunch items, chocolate desserts, luxury hot chocolates, monster milkshakes, chocolate fondue and much more!
