Kids love adventure and Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge on Antrim’s north coast is exciting to cross and not for the fainthearted. Suspended 30m above sea level, the 20m-long rope bridge connects the mainland with Carrick-a-Rede island, where fishermen first used to cross over to check their salmon nets some 350 years ago. There is an abundance of wildlife here.
