Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery details...
Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery has been undergoing redevelopment since 2020 and will fully reopen in 2024.
In 2022, five of the 40 galleries will be open with new exhibitions and live events from Thursday 28th April until December. These displays and events are designed to bring a different feel to the landmark building in this exciting year of the Commonwealth Games and Birmingham 2022 Festival.
Exhibition Collection Stories showcases a selection from the million or so objects in Birmingham Museum’s collection. Pop in and see what you discover. Meanwhile, child-friendly events include Family Art Activities on 2nd August.
