Berkeley Castle details...
Set in beautiful gardens, this ancient fortress home makes a great kids day out in Gloucestershire. See the cell and dungeon where Edward II is believed to have been murdered and admire the Norman keep and Great Hall.
There are Jester Explorer booklets, a dragon trail around the grounds and a woodland play area for families. The events programme includes regular school holiday activities and fabulous living history events such as medieval jousting!
