Reservations are highly recommended especially at peak-time and during the school holidays. When you book a session at Jump In, fill out the online waiver and this lasts for a year. The trampoline arenas are designed with safety in mind and Jump In staff are fully trained to prevent accidents.

Jumpers under the age of 13 must have an adult present in the arena and there is no charge for supervising adults who are not jumping. Under 6s are allowed in main arena with paying adult. Jump In provides an exhilarating experience for jumpers of all ages. There is a special mini jump area for toddlers aged 1-5. Children 3 years and below have access to the mini jump area at peak times and children 4-5 years can choose either the mini jump and soft play area or open jump.
