Wookey Hole - The Home of Halloween

Treat your young witches, wizards and ghouls to a day out at Wookey Hole in Somerset this Halloween half term. However, there is nothing to fear from the famous Witch of Wookey Hole as the Witch is more likely to treat children than eat them!

So your adventure will begin with exploring the huge chambers of Wookey Hole Caves and finding out about the legend of the Witch. Along the way you will see where delicious cheese is matured. Then, after your tour of the Caves, have a go at the Giant Pumpkin Trail and see whether you can solve the mystery and win seasonal treats for the kids.

Your tickets include a host of attractions and activities so allow a full day for your visit. Watch Happy Family: Next Level 4D in the Cinema. Head to the Museum to learn more about the mysterious past of Wookey Hole and even handle bones of some amazing creatures that once lived in the Valley. The cave diving exhibit features real-life footage of divers venturing into hidden recesses underground in Wookey Hole.

Other highlights include a spooky half-hour Circus show – Ghost Pirates, giant soft play, the penny arcade and Monster Golf. Each day at 2.30pm there is a best dressed competition in the Theatre so dust off your Halloween costumes and add to the atmosphere!
