THE POLAR EXPRESS™ Train Ride 2024 at the Churnet Valley Railway

Meet Santa during a magical trip on the Churnet Valley Railway in Staffordshire this Christmas. Take your seats and journey to the North Pole on board THE POLAR EXPRESS™ Train Ride from Froghall Station. An enthusiastic cast will be telling the story and passengers will be invited to sing along with characters from the film. Add to the fun by arriving in your PJs and dressing gown.

The adventure starts with singing chefs delivering a cookie and hot chocolate to seats. One of the highlights of the hour-long trip will be travelling through the Northern Lights. Once at the North Pole all believers will be able to meet Santa and receive an early present – a silver bell from his sleigh.

After the return journey to Froghall, there will be opportunities to write a letter to Santa. It is recommended that you allow one and a half hours for the whole experience.
