Summer Holiday Fun at Harlech Castle

• Storytelling, Myths and Legends – 25th July; 1st, 8th and 15th August. Discover giants, lost gods, sleeping knights, dragons and more at this immersive event, which is suitable for children and adults.
• Meet the Castle Family Tours – 27th July; 3rd, 10th and 17th August. Join a guided tour around the castle to explore hidden corners and learn what life was like for knights and other castle dwellers in the past.
• Medieval Life Skills – 28th July; 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th August. Find out what skills you needed to live at Harlech Castle in medieval times.
• Medieval Barber Surgeon Days – 20th-21st August. Hear tales of ailments, injury and the horrifying treatments!
• Knight Days – 22nd-23rd August. Do you know what it takes to become a squire and then a knight? Also see the weapons and armour in the armourer’s tent.
• Bank Holiday Fun with the Ardudwy Knights – 29th-30th August. Falconry talks, archery displays and medieval life skills with the Ardudwy Knights (extra charge applies to have-a-go archery).
