Summer of Play at Chirk Castle

Fit in a day out with the kids at mighty Chirk Castle near Wrexham during the school summer holidays. As well as the mighty medieval castle, state rooms and grounds to explore, there will be Chirk Castle’s Summer of Play Medieval Knights’ Training Camp to entertain young adventurers.

Kids can step back to the past as they dress up like warriors and have fun negotiating obstacles made from straw bales. Discover challenges for knights amongst the bales and mini-maze, then get creative with storytelling boards. In addition, on selected dates there will be archery sessions. Perfect day out for all young knights!
