The Royal Mint Christmas Experience

For a wonderfully festive day out in South Wales, take the kids to enjoy The Royal Mint Christmas Experience. This year families can look forward to joining Santa’s chief helpers for an interactive experience and exploring his magical workshop in a 360-degree immersive setting. One of the highlights, of course, will be meeting and chatting to Santa himself in his grotto. There will be a cuddly present for each child under 16 years.

Other activities include striking your own festive coin, the perfect souvenir of your day out. Why not smile for the Elf-Cam and turn the moment into a unique decoration, print or magnet? Along the way there will be loads of wonderful photo opportunities.

The Christmas experience will last about 40 minutes. Afterwards, enjoy the exhibition and learn more about The Royal Mint, the history of coins and how they are made. Did you know that The Royal Mint produced the medals for the London 2021 Olympic Games?
