On Wednesdays at Sea Life Manchester there will be Quiet Sessions to provide an experience that aims to create a more comfortable visit for those with autism and other sensory requirements.
Discover over 2000 creatures from green sea turtles to Japanese spider crabs while the centre is quieter to create a more enjoyable experience for those with sensory sensitivities.
Please note this is a pre-booked tickets only event, guests must purchase their tickets online in advance in order to gain entry.
The centre music, hand driers and televisions will remain switched off until 12 noon to provide a quieter experience around the aquarium. Ear defenders are also available upon request. Upon entry to SEA LIFE Manchester, those with autism and other sensory requirements will be offered a sticker sheet to help them visually display their emotions at any given point.
