The medieval age will come to life at Avoncroft Museum in Worcestershire over the weekend of 21st-22nd September with the arrival of The Beaufort Companye. Join this re-enactment group and others to learn about the trades, skills, costumes and history of the medieval period as you explore the living history camps.
Highlights will include demonstration battles with clashing swords and the bang of cannon. Discover how to distinguish between a knight and a commoner, about arming a knight and what life was like in the past. Would-be young knights can join in kiddie drills!
