Lunar New Year 2025 at Bristol Museum & Art Gallery

Join in the Chinese New Year celebrations at Bristol Museum & Art Gallery and welcome the Year of the Snake. Visitors can look forward to a variety of activities over the weekend with something for all ages.

Discover more about the cultural heritage of China and South Asia as you enjoy martial arts and dance performances including lion dances. There will be hands-on crafts for families and a chance to take a selfie with the roving pandas! Allow time for the fun-filled snake trail around the museum and call in at the SSuper SSnake stall to learn some fascinating facts.

There is no need to book in advance, just drop in between 10am and 4pm. Donations welcome.
