Could you be one of King Arthur’s latest recruits for medieval battle? Book your place in Knight School at Oxford Castle & Prison during the summer holidays and find out whether you have what it takes to be a knight!
Oxford Castle’s training programme is an hour-long session covering the vital skills you will need to defeat King Arthur’s enemies. So expect to learn about sword handling and fighting as well as shield, archery and jousting skills. If you manage to master these skills you will be knighted in a closing ceremony. Also you will receive a certificate and sword to take home after your day out. Activities are most suitable for ages 5-10 years. An adult must accompany all children.
Sessions take place 11am-12noon on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays from 23rd July to 29th August.
£11 per child
Book early to avoid disappointment as capacity for Knight School is 12 children per session.
