Kayaking on the Reservoir in Elan Valley

Looking for exciting family activities to enjoy in Mid Wales? Book places for one of the half-day kayaking sessions on the reservoir in Elan Valley near Rhayader. Both beginners and those with some experience are welcome. So get out on the water and enjoy a different view of the Valley from your kayak.

First, you will receive a safety briefing. Then join your instructor on a tour around the reservoir. It is a great chance to discover the history of the valley and dams along the way. Finally, remember shoes to get wet, a towel and suitable clothing plus a complete change of clothes.

Sole use of kayak (over 14s only) – £40

Two people in a kayak – £60 (£30 per person)
