Visitors to Compton Verney in Warwickshire enjoy free admission on Friday 11th and Saturday 12th September as part of the nationwide annual Heritage Open Days festival.
Take the family along to discover three floors of diverse art, from Chinese bronzes to royal portraits. Then head outside to explore over 100 acres of grounds, with trails, play spaces and Sculpture in the Park – a series of bold sculptures linking to art, nature and history.
Why not pack a picnic to enjoy by the lake? If you would like to try pond dipping, remember your own nets to use from the pond dipping platform.
