Dino Day at Buckinghamshire Railway Centre

The Dinosaurs are coming back to Buckinghamshire Railway Centre this September! Look forward to the perfect day out for your Dino-mad children. It is going to be ROAR-some!

In 2024 there are more dinosaurs coming than to the railway’s previous events, including Europe’s biggest T-Rex – nearly 9m long! Also look out for Europe’s biggest herbivore, Bronwen the Brontosaurus, as well as a velociraptor, a spinosaurus, a raptor and a selection of baby dinosaurs!

They will be appearing on the grass outside the visitor centre throughout the day, offering visitors the chance to meet these amazing animals up close, and there will also be a dinosaur show.

Plus, enjoy steam train rides, visit the Railway Museum, watch the model trains and ride the miniature railway (£1.50 per person – under 3s go free). Don’t forget to pop into the stunning glass-roofed visitor centre and see the beautiful steam locomotive and carriages on display!
