Creative Make-Up at Yvonne Arnaud Theatre

Children aged 7 to 11 years can explore the colourful art of make-up, with a professional Creative Make-Up artist at Yvonne Arnaud Theatre.

Inspired by the West End show The Lion King, this workshop explores how character makeup, and traditional techniques, reflect the themes of the show. Learn how mark making, colour blocking and texture can create a striking image for the stage.

Enjoy a practical day, working on face charts to create and bring to life your own interpretation of a character inspired by this well-loved story.
