The National Videogame Museum is the UK’s only museum dedicated solely to videogames with a mission to collect, preserve, exhibit and interpret videogames for everyone. Forever.

Located in Sheffield city centre, the Museum features over 100 playable exhibits, from retro arcade machines to modern games consoles, alongside unique exhibitions. The family-friendly Museum allows visitors to explore the history and culture of videogames spanning 50 years through expertly curated displays featured in both permanent and seasonal exhibitions.

Alongside weekly openings throughout the year, the NVM will be open every day from the 26th October – 3rd November as it comes to life with Plug in and Play, an exciting new programme for October half term with a new suite of games and the opportunity to code and program a mini robot.
