Treat the kids to a day out at PLAY @ Lower Drayton Farm in the heart of Staffordshire and unlock the gateway to adventure! This new farm park attraction is set on a 750-acre working farm and offers families the perfect way to spend time together while the kids let off some steam in the countryside.
Indoor adventures await kids in the 900sqm indoor play barn. Packed with action and excitement, this space includes Astro racing slides, gravity drop slides, ’black hole’ helix slides, a vertigo-inducing skywalk, mini traverse climbing wall, ’Ninja’ llama run and much more. There’s also a baby area dedicated to under ones and a toddler play space full of imaginative role-play opportunities and lots of climbing, sliding, spinning fun for under-fives with energy to burn. Hours of fun for all ages!
Meanwhile, the adventure continues outdoors with activities such as racing zipwires, bouncy pillows, sand and water play, ’Farm-ula One’ go-kart racing, a woodland play area and pedal tractors for toddlers. Animal lovers will be thrilled to cuddle friendly rabbits and guinea pigs, get up close with goats, pigs, cattle and other farmyard favourites in the large animal viewing area and spot some of the farm’s more exotic residents, such as llamas, emus, European eagle owls and meerkats.
Once COVID guidelines allow, the dedicated birthday party rooms will be available. Seasonal treats, including the summer maize maze, Halloween pumpkin patch, spring lamb bottle feeding, tractor trailer rides and more, ensure that there is always something new for you to experience ’down on the farm’. Please note that tractor trailer rides are seasonal and run weather permitting.
COVID Safe measures: PLAY @ Lower Drayton Farm follows Government guidelines closely regarding COVID tiers and opening. When they are allowed to open the farm gates, they take the safety of visitors and staff very seriously, with limited session numbers, measures in place to ensure everyone keeps to social distancing, lots of hand sanitising stations, masks are worn indoors in line with Government guidance and adults accompanying children onto the playframe.
Due to potential COVID restrictions, please check PLAY @ Lower Drayton Farm’s website for the latest opening days and times.
We welcome the further easing of lockdown for all attractions on our website but recommend you always check COVID-secure measures before you travel and note changes to booking requirements.
We hope you and your children enjoy wonderful and safe days out this summer.
