One of the places to visit with the kids in Nottingham is the magnificent 17th century ducal palace built on the site of the original Medieval Castle from 1067. The Castle has had a turbulent past, linked to kings and conquerors until it was opened to the public as a museum and art gallery in 1878. Look out for the changing exhibitions and events or take a cave tour into the labyrinth of manmade caves and tunnels under the castle (extra charge).
Lockdown is easing further and it is great news that both indoor and outdoor attractions are open to visit once again. We hope you and your children enjoy a wonderful day out after so long. Please check COVID-secure measures set out by the venue before you travel and note any changes to opening times.
The Let’s Go Team is delighted to be back in action inspiring you with ideas.
