Located within the 812 acre estate of High Gosforth Park and only 5 miles from Newcastle City Centre, the racecourse has been present at High Gosforth Park since 1882 and is owned by Arena Racing Company. With over 60 race meetings a year, it is one of the busiest racecourses in the UK and is a Grade 1 dual code track.
