Visit Shakespeare’s New Place in Stratford-upon-Avon and explore the site of the playwright’s family home from 1597 until his death in 1616.
The house itself was demolished in the mid 18th century. Today, visitors are invited to enjoy a beautiful contemporary garden housing an exhibition centre, a restored Knot Garden and commissioned sculptures. See the footprint of New Place before demolition and find out more about Shakespeare, his life and his works.
Please see the website of the Shakespeare Birthplace Trust for details of ticket options available.
