Recently refurbished, the Market Hall Museum in the centre of Warwick houses displays on topics including natural history, social history, geology, archaeology and local history.
Find out what the landscape was like half a billion years ago. See rocks and fossils that provide evidence of lost deserts and seas. On display are the remains of a Warwickshire dinosaur. The museum also houses a full-sized replica of the Wilmcote Plesiosaur skeleton and the Warwickshire Bear.
There are interactives, family trails, a LEGO® ichthyosaur and activities for families, especially in school holidays. A small charge may apply to some special events and activities.
