Kinneil Museum

For an educational day out bring the family to Kinneil Museum. It is located in the 17th century stable block of Kinneil House and acts as an interpretative centre for Kinneil Estate. The ground floor tells all about the story of Bo’ness town, which is built on Roman remains, once identified for trade and industry, now valued for its architecture and annual Fair. There is much to explore in the museum and lots to learn. It’s a great place for school trips and is particularly useful for studying the Romans, local history and understanding the environment.
