Irchester Country Park details...
Days out with the kids are great when you visit Irchester Country Park near Northampton; the former ironstone workings site has great woodland paths to explore on foot or on wheels. The kids will love the challenging children’s play area or may wish to have a go at the ‘Jungle Parc’ ropes course that provides high adrenalin adventure. Visit the a narrow gauge railway museum (open Sundays) in the park and finish off the day with something tasty from the cafe. Small daily parking charge.
