One of Shakespeare’s Family Homes. Take the children to visit the elegant Jacobean home of the playwright’s daughter and her husband, Dr John Hall, and see interesting medical artefacts, notes and tools.

Enjoy dressing up – Jacobean style – and take time to enjoy the walled garden which is planted with many fragrant herbs used in Dr Hall’s remedies. There are usually trails, puzzles and quizzes to keep children busy.
