GreenWood

Hugely popular with families, GreenWood is one of the great kids days out in North Wales. The host of fun adventure attractions will keep kids fully entertained for hours.

There are pedal-powered moonkarts, a barefoot trail, huge bouncing pillow, the exciting Forest Glider – a 75m run in rubber rings – and the Little Green Run, a smaller sledging run to ensure tiny visitors don’t miss out on the fun. Another highlight is the Solar Splash – a huge water slide!

Older kids can negotiate the netted walkways and tube slides of TreeTop Towers while under 6s will love Tunnel Warren. Nobody should miss their chance to ride the Green Dragon Roller Coaster, believed to be the world’s only people-powered coaster.

For extra challenges, youngsters can construct a den out of natural materials, find their way through the Dragon Maze or tackle The WildWEB to see whether they can make it up through the WEB to the very top.

The whole family will need to work together on the Enchanted River Ride. Would-be Robin Hoods will jump at the chance to try shooting a traditional longbow – under careful supervision, of course!

Call by the animal petting area, Cwtch Corner, to feed the animals with special animal feed bags (extra charge of £1 per bag applies). Live shows and crafts provide yet more family entertainment. The Enchanted WoodBarn offers indoor play with a separate area for under 3s.
