Built and owned by Mr George Green, a mathematician, there is an interactive hands-on science centre with activities for everyone to enjoy. George Green was a mathematical genius. His work led to the invention of MRI scanning machines and has helped scientists up to this day.
Try the science activities and look out for the regular events held at the working windmill.
You can also have fun in the park and playground which surrounds the windmill. Don’t forget to buy some of the flour to take home!
Opens Wednesday to Sunday and admission is free.
