Dare Valley Country Park

Blow away the cobwebs on a family day out exploring Dare Valley Country Park in Rhondda Cynon Taf, South Wales. These 200 acres of countryside have spectacular views, a visitor centre, huge adventure playground, smaller play area for toddlers and a variety of waymarked trails. Free guides are available at reception and include wheel-friendly gentle strolls and more demanding treks into the mountains.

A new attraction is the Gravity Family Bike Park – either take along your own bike or hire one on site. An uplift service is available at certain times (book in advance). Why not extend your visit by staying at the camping and caravan site? One of the Dark Sky Wales sites, the country park also offers ideal night sky conditions for star gazing.
